New Training Server

All,

We're happy to announce that we've added a third training server! This should alleviate some of the frustrations we've encountered during squad drills, where several squads are forced onto the same map at around the same time. With two servers, two different maps can be used for concurrent squad drills, and squads don't need to be as concerned about other elements' incursions into their AOs.

OSUT will now happen on Training Server 3, with Training Servers 1 and 2 used for squad drills. The Operation Server will remain our chief server for STX/FTXes and operations.

Training Servers 1, 2, and 3 can be found on ports 2312, 2322, and 2332 respectively. The Operation Server has been moved to port 2342. The Public Server remains on 2302.
