Blastcore, JSRS, and Enhanced Soundscape Whitelisted

We are happy to announce that, following our transition to a Windows server and initial benchmarking, we are re-authorizing the use of Blastcore and JSRS. Our apologies that this took slightly longer than initially promised. We are also whitelisting Enhanced Soundscape so Soldiers may use it in conjunction with or instead of JSRS.

We do not anticipate any performance issues arising from this decision; however, we reserve the right to rescind whitelist additions if we determine mods are negatively affecting gameplay.

All templates have been updated to reflect this. The list of approved client-side mods has also been updated; as always, it can be found here.
